1. Acceptance of Terms

By contracting the services of Amezco Group LLC ("we", "our" or "the Company"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not contract our services.

2. Service Description

Amezco Group LLC is an IT consulting company specialized in:

  • Cloud architecture and migration (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift)
  • DevOps and CI/CD implementation
  • Infrastructure observability and monitoring
  • Cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
  • Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
  • Infrastructure automation (IaC)

3. Company Information

Amezco Group LLC is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in Delaware, United States, with registration number #2567805, established on November 1, 2023.

IMPORTANT: We are not financial, legal or tax advisors. For inquiries in these areas, you should contact licensed professionals in your jurisdiction.

4. Scope of Work

The specific scope of each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that will include:

  • Detailed description of services
  • Specific deliverables
  • Implementation timeline
  • Pricing structure and payment terms
  • Responsibilities of each party

5. Intellectual Property

All code, documentation and materials developed specifically for the client during the project will become the client's property once full payment is completed, unless otherwise agreed in the SOW.

Amezco Group LLC retains the right to use general knowledge, methodologies, tools and best practices developed during the project for other clients.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged during the business relationship. This obligation will remain in effect for 3 years after the relationship ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Amezco Group LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or use, incurred by the client or any third party.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months for the services that gave rise to the claim.

8. Warranties

We guarantee that our services will be provided professionally and competently. We do not offer guarantees on specific business results, as these depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect for new contracts. Existing contracts will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of signing.
