Billing & Tax Information (USA)
Do you provide W-9 or W-8 forms?
We are a foreign-owned single-member LLC. We do not complete W-9 forms. Instead, we provide Form W-8BEN (or W-8BEN-E if required by the client) to document our foreign status for U.S. tax purposes.
Will I receive a 1099 form?
For services performed outside the United States, 1099 forms are not applicable. Our services are delivered remotely from outside U.S. territory.
Do you charge sales tax?
Remote IT consulting services generally do not incur sales tax. If a specific state requires sales tax due to "nexus" regulations, this will be addressed and agreed upon in the contract.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfers (ACH/SWIFT), major credit cards, and approved cryptocurrency payments for qualified clients. Standard payment terms are Net 30.

Do you charge VAT?
As a non-EU provider, our invoices do not include VAT. EU business clients should apply reverse charge mechanism according to their local regulations. We provide all necessary documentation for your accounting requirements.
What information is included in invoices?
Our invoices include our Delaware LLC registration number (#2567805), service description, and a clear statement regarding reverse charge applicability for EU clients.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes, we fully comply with GDPR requirements. We process data under legitimate interest for business communications and maintain strict data protection measures.

What services do you provide?
We specialize in IT consulting services including cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps implementation, automation, observability solutions, and blockchain infrastructure. We do not provide investment or financial advisory services.

Do you offer SLAs?
Yes, we provide comprehensive Service Level Agreements including 99.9% uptime guarantees, 24/7 support for critical issues, and defined response times based on severity levels.
How do engagements work?
We begin with a discovery call, followed by a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs. Projects can be fixed-price or time & materials based on client preference.
Legal & Compliance
How do you handle confidential information?
We maintain strict confidentiality for all client information. NDAs are standard practice, and all team members are bound by confidentiality agreements. Client data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Who owns the deliverables?
Upon full payment, all custom code, documentation, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. We retain rights only to our pre-existing tools and methodologies.
What is your liability policy?
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We maintain professional liability insurance and follow industry best practices. Force majeure provisions apply to circumstances beyond our control.
How are disputes resolved?
Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, binding arbitration under Delaware law applies. We prioritize maintaining positive client relationships and rapid issue resolution.
Data Privacy
What data do you collect?
We only collect contact information submitted through forms (name, email, company, message) for the sole purpose of responding to inquiries. We do not use cookies for tracking or collect any unnecessary personal data.
How is data processed?
Form data is processed through secure services (Formspree/Basin). Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months for business records, then permanently deleted. We never sell data or perform user profiling.
What are my data rights?
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Send requests to hello@amezco.cloud. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.
How do you protect data?
We implement enterprise-grade security including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and compliance with international data protection standards.
